Lotus spotting
I spy
I was coming back from a photo shoot in San Diego yesterday and stopped off at Panakin coffee house in Encinitas. I am mildly obsessed with the Lotus Elise and especially the Lotus Exige and spotted this red Elise parked across the street. It was a convertible which I am not totally down with, but with a hard top- it could do. You can’t tell in the photo but there is a Nike 6.0 sticker in the back window. My guess is that its one of the North County nke6.0 surf kids who is rocking that whip.
Weekend War
San Diego Blasters
This weekend was crazy shooting photos and filming all over San Diego. North and South. Everywhere was fair game this weekend. With the Ride Magazine Photo Issue coming up the San Diegans were ready to fire out some scary ones for the magazine. We’ll see if any of the shots make it in!
Right now I’m going through a bunch of slo-mo footage for a giveD! montage I’m putting together.

Defgrip shout out online vid

Bnqt.com is a media site that I produce videos for and the one that dropped this week got some major attention.
Kevin Kiraly was the rider from Norcal who was featured in the flick and we got to spend a couple hours (4 to be exact) the day after the Nike vid premier to film some good stuff down in San Diego.
I was filming with the normal HVX200, a fluid head tripod and a Plan B skateboard with really loud wheels. And the fisheye was the LensBastard that Dave Jacobs makes.

San Diego Photo Shoot
In the ditches again
Went out yesterday with some San Diegans to shoot some photos for the Ride photo issue.
The deadline is next week so I’ll be hustling all weekend with some new spots and will def blow them up later this winter with some out of towners.
Locals only bro.
